Shaival Trivedi is a Senior Management Professional with over 24years of Cross Industry and Cross Functional Experience. In his last assignment with Duke Offshore Limited, Shaival was a Member of the Board of Directors of the Publicly Listed Company in the capacity of Executive Director and also Heading Finance and Operations as Chief Financial Officer at the Offshore Marine Services Company. Duke Offshore specializes in leasing speed boats and crew vessels to the Indian Navy and Oil and Gas Industry for marine security, dredging support and crewing.
In 2010, he joined SuperCFO and earned a stellar experience in Management Consulting, where he was chiefly responsible for Client mandates in the areas of Interim and Virtual CFOs and Headhunting for CXOs as a Chief Operating Officer. Here Shaival interacted with clients across the entire gamut of the Corporate Value Chain, be it Small and Medium Businesses, Large Corporates or Private Equity Firms whose investee companies were advised by the Company on Finance and Accounting, Talent Management and related activities.
Prior to that Shaival also worked with CBay Systems (Now M*Modal), as a Corporate Communications Head and Business Head for one of its largest Production Centers in India.
Additionally, he has worked with Brick and Mortar companies in the past like Nestle, Sterlite Telecom and Sunbelt Industries.
Now, Shaival is back at SuperCFO Advisory Services LLP albeit in a different avatar, as Entrepreneur-In-Residence, where he operates his own Profit Center of SuperCFO and is chiefly responsible for generating leads and transforming those leads into client mandates and leading and motivating a team of Finance and Accounts professionals into turning around Client mandates into revenue generation for the company.
