Refund policy

At SuperCFO Advisory Services LLP, we strive to ensure a seamless and transparent experience for all our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds will be processed for our various offerings, including but not limited to courses, memberships, consultations, and merchandise.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Cancellation Period: Customers may request cancellations or refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that:

    • The product remains unused and undamaged.

    • The services (including consultations or courses) have not been fully availed.

    • For digital products or downloads, the item must not have been accessed.

  • Partial Availment of Services:

    • If a service has been partially utilized (e.g., a consultation or course partially completed), a pro-rata refund may be considered based on the unused portion.

  • Ineligible Refund Scenarios:

    • Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully availed.

    • Refunds will not be provided if the cancellation request is made beyond the stipulated 7-day period.

    • Merchandise showing signs of use or damage will not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Applicable to the Following Offerings

  • Free and Paid Courses - Refunds only for paid courses within 7 days if not accessed.

  • Memberships (Free and Paid) - Paid memberships may be canceled within 7 days if benefits have not been used.

  • Consultations - Can be canceled with refund if appointment is not attended or accessed.

  • Merchandise - Physical products may be returned within 7 days if unused and undamaged.

3. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund request, contact us at orders@supercfo.com with the following:

    • Order ID

    • Date of purchase

    • Reason for refund or cancellation

    • Supporting documentation or photos (in case of product-related issues)

  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.

4. Management’s Decision

  • In case of disputes or exceptions, the decision of the management of SuperCFO Services LLP will be final and binding.

5. Jurisdiction

  • This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Mumbai, India.

6. Policy Amendments

  • SuperCFO reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. The latest version will be available on our website.
